1. You canceled the order.

2. A double payment was made.

3. No expert was found.
Even though we have hundreds of experts on our team, we may not be able to assign one to process your order. Please be aware that we prioritize such orders and typically do our best to find a qualified expert to handle them. Nonetheless, if we cannot find an expert for you, you are eligible for a full refund.
4. You made two identical orders.
Once you realize you have accidentally placed and paid for two identical orders, contact the support staff.
Please note that you must cancel the order that has already been paid for. If we don’t hear from you right away, we will assume that you require two similar assignments from different experts and we will handle each order separately.
5. The revised paper arrived late.
We always do our best to finish your order as soon as possible. As a result, you are strongly encouraged to check your email notifications after the finished paper is available and read the preview as soon as you have a chance to request revisions. But, if you have requested a revision in advance and the revised paper is not delivered by the deadline, you can request a refund.

6. A delay in order delivery.
